Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been accepted in good condition by the customer.

Process for Return / Replacement

We have 24hours day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 1-2 days days
  1. Notify Us: Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery via email at info@iavocado.in or by phone (number listed on the website).
  2. Provide Proof: Share order details along with images or videos of the damaged/incorrect product.
  3. Approval & Replacement: Our team will verify and approve your request. Eligible products will either be replaced or refunded, as per your preference.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh produce that has been used, partially consumed, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Orders reported for return after 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are packed for dispatch.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
